Four Corners' Biography

Four Corners parted ways in 1997. They had been together for about 5 years. During that time, they grew from a basement hobby band for 5 fresh out of high school friends, to being a 1997 CFOX Seeds band. Just prior to disbanding, (for all the usual reasons - artistic differences, personal lives etc.), Four Corners had just recorded a seven song EP at Vancouver's Greenhouse Studios with the fledgling Juicemix Productions (Jay Evjan). Those songs (with the exception of the Seeds track "Pilgrimage") never saw the light of day. Now, ten years later, due to the wonders of modern technology, the songs can make their way into the world and find a home with a new audience. Four Corners remains friends with each other to this day, and we are proud of the music we created back then, and we hope yo..

Ten year Anniversary of making CFOX Seeds

This year marks the ten year anniversary of when Four Corners made it's mark on local music in Vancouver by making it onto the 1997 CFOX Seeds CD. Our song "Pilgrimage" was chosen for the disc. Four Corners broke up shortly after that, but now, through the wonder that is Project Opus, we have put our music back up for the world to hear again. Original Four Corners guitarist Alec Brietzke is still making music these days with Sugarblade - coincidentally - one of this years CFOX Seeds Top 20 finalists.
