CD Released - get listening!

On Tuesday December 2nd, 2008 I had the pleasure of releasing my second CD "In Loving Misery" with 10 new tracks. The new material features tracks recorded with performing bandmates Jonathan Anthony and Doug McCallum as well as musicans Phil Maloney of OneStarCity, Dan Hum of Tickets to Tokyo and James Lipoth.

I would normally eat sushi to celebrate anything, but today I'm going to need chocolate... Actually we had a wicked show @ the Fed. Science Fiction Addiction did a sweet job of starting things off... the crowd was blitz. But after the show I needed some sushi. We couldn't find any after midnight so Denny's took us in. Not much of a favor really. Good times...

On March 15th my band and I were expecting to perform at the "Barriere Battle of the Bands" as arranged by Event Coordinator and President of the Barriere Minor Ball Association, Don Andrews. A leisurely evening at The Loft

Last night I was invited out to play at "The Leisure Loft" - part of Mike Turner's music studio here in Kamloops. It felt very strange to bring only an accoustic guitar, my lovely wife, and a bottle of sweet lemon water. Normally I'm loaded down with my electric guitar and an unusual array of amplification gear; but tonight was something different. Tonight I would play my entire set on an accoustic guitar.
