Mullet Bay on St. Simons Island, GA

I have some great friends who live off the coast of Southern Georgia on Saint Simons Island. It is a really beautiful area and there are some great restuarants around. My favorite since I have been going down there is Mullet Bay. Right in the 'down town' area of St. Simons. Great food, great service, friendly servers and a completely beautiful place/area. If you are down that way, check it out. It is only an hour from Savannah or Jacksonville.

How do you move?

How do you move? When someone has injured you in some way....how do you react? We have the most amazing example in our Lord Jesus.....who always moved in 'forgiveness'...even crying out to the Father while dying on the cross, "forgive them for they know not what they are doing."It is the tougher road to forgive. We can always take the easier, more traveled road of revenge. That seems satisfying to us...and we feel like we have control of our lives. Yet in the end we will become bitter and darken ...

Having a blast at the ECHO CHURCH MEDIA CONFERENCE! There are a host of sponsoring ministries here that assist churches in taking their media ministry to the next level. The conference is hosted by Watermark Community Church. WCC's pastor lead pastor, Todd Wagner, shared a passionate message this morning on how special media is to this generation. His point, of as we are 'doing' the media about the love and kingdom of God we must make sure we are being God's media by living it out, was very ...

I honestly thought it would be worse. This will make it difficult to hit 258 by Thursday morning.....but the attempt will be made. Oatmeal in the a.m., salads, and some sort of baked fish tonight...and maybe again, soon. Low snacks, but something that will keep the fires burning. AND the biggest one, no ...
