I have been playing bass since I was 13 years of age. It is the greatest instrument ever - you can change any style of music through feel and harmony, and be in the background holding down the foundation or in the foreground belting out a beautiful solo. I have studied with such greats as Jeff Berlin, Bruce Gertz and Bob Moses. I studied at both Humber College of Music in Toronto, Canada and Berklee College of Music in Boston, Mass. In my musical experience I have played every style of music, but my love is jazz, smooth jazz and R & B. I use my 6 string to give me a more extensive soloing voice and the ability to comp chordally also (Hell! - it's just fun). I love playing great music with great people.
