If you haven’t seen Mixx Maker in action, a Mixx is a mixtape that you make with your friends on Facebook. With Mixx, your friends are all you need when you need to get music for that party. Or, that road trip you want to take next summer. Or, those tender moments when no one’s around and you really need a good cry.

ARCTIC releases "Today Brought Me Here", holds auction for WWF

ARCTIC, long-running members of Project Opus, are proud to kick off the release of their new album, “Today Brought Me Here” with an auction for their master CD. The auction runs from 8:00 PM PST, Sunday September 9 until 8:00 PM PST, Sunday September 16. In typical ARCTIC fashion, they’ve taken this opportunity to help the north by donating half of the proceeds to the World Wildlife Fund.

Project Opus is proud to introduce Monochrome Museum Internet Radio to our community! With their own twist of "music and mayhem", Moll The Bat and John Mono, bring you the latest in independent music from around the globe.

Moll The Bat and John Mono, hosts of Monochrome Museum Internet Radio, are two internet radio personalities from Stourbridge, UK. Monochrome Museum was launched in 2006 and today enjoys cult status from independent music lovers from around the globe. With over 80 episodes, appearances on BBC radio, and a number of live events under their belts, Moll and John have become icons in the independent music community.

That's pretty damn exciting for all of us here! We have only been around since March 2006, and we are up against some really well established sites like the excellent Last.FM, and Pure Volume. Pretty Sweet.
