Lush synth pads, ethereal vocal samples, and excellent drum programming combine to make this a very smooth track indeed. The lead instrument is an acoustic slide guitar that lays classic blues licks over the otherwise ambient electro mix (when played forward) These licks return in reverse at intervals throughout the track and take on a South Asian tone occasionally reminiscent of the sitar when played backwards. This is a very really cool, if potentially somewhat heavily used effect, but fits in perfectly well with the layers of heavily filtered (possibly also backward sampled) layers of keyboards magic. I'm staying tuned to MRDC
this is such a pro sounding mix that I wish more than ever that Project Opus would stream in stereo, even at a quality level that would still encourage me to buy the download.
