a soliloquy, a colloquy, warm keys  a soliloquy, a colloquy, warm keys

a soliloquy, a colloquy, warm keys paint, and the myscapes come flowing brilliantly from "The Weak Need" in this captivating collection of chansons of observation, introspection, and confession. the opening track, "lay me down," has this soliloquy quality about it as you can hear the deeply personal conversation and take a peek over the shoulder of one basking in the wonders of a choice made and a path taken. at the same time the warm keys (which mark these songs) seem to underscore the colloguy, the conversation personal of a relationship of peace, at peace, with peace, in peace. this keyboard influenced music pops and dances ... walking the listener up the 88's and down the warm inviting paths sung quite well in the light and gentle tones of sean's vocals. after listening to this, i suppose there are two kinds of driving music (maybe more) - those beats that make one want to put the pedal to the metal and tunes like these that capture that feel of driving on a weathery day - sunshine or rain. peac4d. amos dettonville
