Memorable. Catchy. Sad.  Memorable. Catchy. Sad.

Damn... this is a sad song. I've listened to it before. But it just goes to show you how a song can continue to grow on you and eventual carry deep meaning for you. I've played it a dozen times today. It's in my drinking scotch and solving the world's problems playlist - right where it belongs. Cheers.

Why isn't this number one?  Why isn't this number one?

This literally pulled my heart out of my chest. OK ... not really ... but the tears were almost coming ... A real song about a real human condition ... man ... some sorry ass recovering alcholic truck driver losing his grip against a broken down truck and a trailer full of grain alcohol ... great job Fred

Good Country!  Good Country!

Hey as a Toronto boy living in Calgary, it has taken me some time to get used to the country music, but I must be turning cuz i like this song. With the title I was thinking I was going to hear something similar to Roger Miller's King of the Road. Thankfully it wasn't. If the Pogues sang country and had all their teeth. This is what it would sound like!
