As reported on Torrent Freak, The UK's Performing Rights Society believes 'tis the season to be scrooge.

The Performing Rights Society is suing anyone and everyone for playing music in a public space that has not PAID for the privilege. These criminals include:

  • mechanics allowing their radios to be played within earshot of the public
  • staff at a charity event whose radio in the kitchen could be overheard by the public in the adjoining tea-room
  • children singing Christmas Carols

Merry Christmas!
