When we went in to record this CD, we thought this song would benefit from a more acoustic approach, rather than a full band arrangement. We often joke about filming a video where Miguel is in the rain looking in through a window and singing this song to his girl.

Acoustic Rock Ballad!  Acoustic Rock Ballad!

Acoustic Rock ballads are great! This had kind-of an Alice In Chains vocal quality to it, maybe it's the vibrato. I was just waiting for a screaming guitar to come in :-).
