i agree with david. the song is classic 70's pop rock, but that chorus needs something else. you know they wanted to change it up, but the rocket drum beat drops the hook. i want to hear more from these guys.

By that I mean 70s rock which is all over this track in both the vocals and guitars. But the foot tapping melodies feel very Teen Beat pop. Hows that for a contradiction? A goog one in my opinion. I really like the track, but I feel the "Runaway chorus" stops the song dead in its tracks. Ok exaggeration... more accurately, derails the song from what I felt would be an inevitable pop-ish hook in the chorus.
