Hi Everyone and Anyone,
I have moved to a flat in Vancouver's West End. A complete change from the beach house in Roberts Creek where I spent the last 4 years. It was a very productive period for my song writing and my wife Susan's paintings. We both produced a great body of work, but we wanted more opportunity to show and perform. Hence, our move to the city. I am now with a brand new indie label (Emerald Ridge Records) who really get the songs I'm now writing, and I'm looking forward to performing them here in Vancouver and around the world.
The new CD will eventually be a double release. The first, 'Down In Davis Bay', is a live in studio recording direct-to-disc, with me singing and accompanying myself on guitar or slide-dobro.The second will be the same songs, but I'll be backed by a smokin' band of studio musicians. They should both be out in the early fall.
