 <title>trippy and intense</title>
 <link>http://www.projectopus.com/node/12078#873</link>
<description>cool trip hop intro grabs you, sweetens things up with a harmonious doo-wop vocal (on the money!) and we&#039;re off with a SLICK beat. Joyride.

overall this is a very fine blend of sweet harmonies and laid back sung vocals with somewhat edgier hip hop vocals (cuss words and all) possibly kind of burried in the mix.

It&#039;s an unusual mix in terms of levels. The spoken word is kinda low compared with and sung vocals up top, with the beats. I&#039;m not convinced I don&#039;t like it but the rap does feel like it is the forefront &quot;feat. x&quot; position we&#039;re used to when Hip Hip meets RnB/Pop.

Bass sounds great right where it is though. Great bass tone, and performance, plenty of room in the mix for the bass guitar sound to take care of the low end...

Truth is this is the kind of thing I think warrents being heard in Stereo!......
Maybe I should....uh....buy...it.
