To explain: Ripping something up relieves anger. I need both sides of the music i listen to. Sometimes i need to hear a sad song. I can sing along with it to express my pain. But sometimes i need an angry song. I believe anger turned inwards is depression. Get it out before it builds up and consumes you. acknowledge your pain. Be honest with your negative feelings or you will lose control over them. They will never go away until they are expressed. |
