Turmoil is a project I started in 1997. The project is based on sound manipulation of field recordings, found sounds and chopped up instrument recordings that are twisted and processed with many effects. It is the manipulation of sound through the use of cruel and unusual punishment. It is intended to be "pure sound as art". Music can be different things to different people but it all starts with PURE SOUND. Turmoil is also the founder of Amduscias Records Net Label. It is a net label featuring dark, electronic music. All releases are available for FREE digital download from archive.org. We welcome you to send your dark, electronic submissions to , to be considered for release. |
