Well, I'm entering the 21st century a little late, but I think I've finally figured out how to use MySpace and I'm in the process of building my page. I live in Vancouver, Canada, one of the most beautiful cities in the world, and I was born in Sydney, Australia, one of the other most beautiful cities in the world!!! I've been singing and performing all of my life and played the piano and violin when I was little, then got waylaid for a while in high school by horses, and in university (McGill and UBC) by academics. I almost went to law school this year but woke up one day and realized that the new songs that seem to come to me daily would not wait for years of slogging through a boring degree and career - and neither would I!! I just realized that I haven't mentioned Tim yet . . . he is the wonderful man who has done all the photos I currently have on MySpace. He studied in Milan and is a fashion designer/makeup artist/hairstylist extraordinaire!

Well, it's taken me the better part of today, but I finally managed to convert some pictures and songs into the right format to post . . . thank God! I have always been a very trusting person - eternally optimistic, hopeful and positive. Somehow this has changed recently. I don't know where the line between trusting and naive is drawn, between loving and oblivious, between forgiving and stupid.
