I am a Stourbridge based songwriter looking for a publisher to place my songs or for an artist to perform/record my songs. I am also available to collaborate on tracks as a lyricist.
The first recordings of my songs were made with folk singer Lorna Bryant at Made to Measure Music. We recorded 12 tracks one of which got to the final of the Tipperary Song for Peace contest and was performed live at the final in Tipperary theatre.
Then I recorded some demo tracks with various session singers. A track called “Best of Both Worlds” performed by Guy Barnes gained airplay on Wolverhampton’s Beacon FM and received an honourable mention in the Billboard Song Contest.
I’ve worked a few tracks as a lyricist with Welsh composer Rod Thomas.
My latest tracks have been recorded with arranger/producer Peter Carr. “Born Again Virgin” with singer Jennifer Martin (who appeared in the original series of “Pop Stars”), this track reached the final of the UK Song Writing Contest. My tracks “Lucy” and Christmas song “Have you seen the light” have been played on Internet Radio station Monochrome Museum.
