I was born on July 4th not long ago in Baltimore, Md.
At the tender age of 7 month old, I won 2nd place in Spotlight Magazine's Baby Pageant, for which I recieved $1,200.00 in various
prizes.
At the age of 4 I became the drummer for the choirs at my father's church for which he was the Pastor. From the beginning I was a natural
on the drums without any formal training or lessons. It was and still is a gift from God and my passion.
At the age of 5 I appeared on a T.V. show called "The Romper Room",a popular children's program. ( I was terrified of the Bumble Bee)
Growing up I enjoyed the stage during performances such as Dorothy in the stage rendition of " The Wiz'. Also
working with Blair Underwood during a pageant hosted by his lovely mother called
The Sesame Pageant in New York.
During most of my teenage years I was touring the East Coast as a Gospel Solo Artist. I enjoyed that alot as well as everything else God allowed
me to experience.
I also appeared in the video with the vocal group New Edition for the song "Cool It Now". The video held the number 1 video on BET for weeks.
A few other accomplishments of mine so far have been playing drums for Bill Pinkney
and the Original Drifters. (R.I.P. Bill Pinkney)
And as for now, I am enjoying being the opening act for Charlie Thomas and the Drifters and occasionally he and I perform a duet together.
I am going strong as a Blues artist, and I still sit in to play drums as often as I can with various artist.
Music and Entertaining is not all I know...but it is all I love to do.
